About Us

FitMovement merges 4 separate leading-edge fitness training styles into one, compelling group training experience for its members.

Fitmovement Training combines elements of High-Intensity Low-Intensity Interval Training, Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these training concepts has lead to the development of 7 different, 45 to 60 minute workout experiences, with more in development by Fitmovement every month. This functional training combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.



RESISTANCE & CARDIO BASED - This is an intense hybrid session. We will have you working out all the way to the end. There will be nowhere you can go and hide as every single muscle will be on the attack begging you for Mercy till the end.


INTERVAL CIRCUIT - There are 15 stations and no getting off. That’s because FitSTORM is no ordinary high intensity interval circuit. You will laugh as you work your way around. Meanwhile, you and your heart will be wondering what you ever did to deserve such treatment. Come and have fun.

Jam Saturday Boot Camp

Featuring life music by one of the best DJ playing all the greatest hits. The music is so good. You do not feel like you’re working out. This class is a combination of Circuit training, functional training, interval training, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.


RESISTANCE BASED - A different test, for those looking to build lean muscle mass. Building muscle is not only about compound lifting. We love to challenge muscles with a different approach, with an upbeat tempo. You will love this workout.


Forget everything you’ve heard about bootcamp, this is the 45 to 60 minutes of high intensity interval circuits around 17 ustations that will put your strength, core stability and cardiovascular endurance under the spotlight. It’s a test of strength and willpower. Good luck to you.


Combining functional resistance, functional cardio and bodyweight movement patterns. This intense hybrid session will keep you guessing all the way. There will be nowhere to hide. We will be using minimal equipment, you will thank us after.


Using plate-loaded weight training equipment and simple athletic moves; you will strengthen every major muscle group by working to overload the muscles. All fitness levels welcome.

Fit movement is offering you the perfect opportunity to enhance your work out. This is an opportunity where you can train with a friend or family or on your own. Training sessions are half an hour or 45 minutes and price is based on the length of your session. You can train in groups of 2 to 3 or 4 or on your own. We would also like to offer our students an opportunity to train in our small group classes, maximum per class is 4 to 6 persons. We also offer small group shred Boot Camp  sessions, yoga small group Pump challenge and TRX sessions with a minimum of 4 and up to 6 persons per session. Please contact us for more information.

After having two kids and wanting to get my body back, I signed up to 3-4 days a week workout plan. I had never really done weights in a gym before, but knew I wanted to build strength and improve my overall health. Growing up I hated to be in gym class at school. I was always the fat kid who got picked last. Having to be involved in physical activities with people was my own person hell. About 8 years ago I decided I wanted to be better for myself, so I decided to join a class. I started slow with a stretch class. That's how I met Charles. I was struck by his kindness, sense of fun and how he told everyone to do what they could do not focus on what others' can do. I went on to personal training directly with Charles to get myself ready to compete in a 5k race. I not only did that but went on to do more races and get more personal best times. I continue to keep myself active with boot camp classes several times a week. If it wasn't for Charles' kindness and his attention to each person's uniqueness, I don't think I would have lasted in this journey. I appreciate all he did for me and his other clients.


I started working out with Charles 2 months after having my second baby. My abs were non-existent and I don’t think I had looked at exercise equipment since getting pregnant with my first. Charles did a fantastic job coaxing me back into shape, motivating without making me feel bad, and targeting exactly what needed to be done to get a post pregnancy body back to shape. Since then I have continued to work out with Charles all the way through a third pregnancy and back again. He’s vast experience kept me working out all the way to 8.5 months pregnant, keeping me strong and feeling good while knowing exactly what I could and shouldn’t be doing. Thanks to his hard work I bounced back quickly from my third and now feel stronger and healthier than ever before. He is motivating and fun loving, creating an atmosphere that makes his workouts fly by.


I started working out with Charles 5 years ago, and I’m not looking back. Charles’ workouts are exactly what my exercise routine was lacking before. His classes are designed to work the whole body and consist of a great mix of strength and cardio exercises. Charles always pushes me close to my limits, yet he manages to keep the workouts achievable. By offering a variety of equipment and modification options, he successfully challenges his more advanced clients while ensuring that the classes are not too overwhelming for clients just starting out. The new FitMovement gym is a welcoming and spacious facility that allows Charles to set up the workouts in a way that no two sessions ever feel the same. Charles is great at motivating his clients and always brings an upbeat, positive energy to the sessions. FitMovement classes have become a very important part of my weekly routine.
